DEBA, an organization that cultivates the relationship between Downtown and the surrounding community, hosts three to six programs and activities each year that caters to the needs of both the businesses and the citizens that thrive on Downtown. These programs include The Annual Downtown Edmond Arts Festival, Krazy Daze, Trick-or-Treating, and Christmas Parade of Lights, Mayor's Tree Lighting & UCO Winter Glow.
